French Bulldog Puppies for Sale in New Hampshire

Half of New Hampshire's Frenchies commute to Boston in a carrier and the other half spend the summer on a dock at Winnipesaukee in a life vest, and both are living well. HonestPet connects New Hampshire families with vetted breeders who raise Frenchie litters at home and screen the parents for the breathing and spine issues this breed carries. Every puppy arrives vet-checked and microchipped, and ground delivery is free to any New Hampshire address, Salem to Portsmouth to North Conway.

THE HONESTPET DIFFERENCE

Why New Hampshire Families Choose HonestPet for a French Bulldog

Buying a puppy online takes trust. Here's what you can count on when you work with us.

Raised in Breeders' Homes

Our breeders whelp and raise their Frenchies in the house, where the puppies learn a dishwasher, a doorbell, and a kid's hockey bag hitting the mudroom floor before they're old enough to leave. A Frenchie that spent its first eight weeks in a family instead of a kennel building settles into a Bedford colonial, a Portsmouth condo, or a lake house in Wolfeboro the first night.

Handled From Day Three

Our breeders begin Early Neurological Stimulation when puppies are three days old and follow Puppy Culture practices until they’re ready to join their new families. Short, gentle daily handling helps puppies become more comfortable with new experiences as they grow.

Parent Health Records

Each puppy’s listing identifies the DNA testing status of both mom and dad. Ask to review available parent health records, including any breathing, spine, hip, and knee assessments; screening coverage varies by parent.

Honest Puppy Matching

We'll tell you which puppy suits your household rather than which one photographs best. For a couple in a Millyard loft who ride the bus to Boston, that's the calm pup that breathes easiest in a carrier; for a Hudson family with a yard and kids, it's the sturdier one that wants a job in every game.

A Guarantee in Writing

Every puppy comes with a 10-year genetic health guarantee and a digital copy of their vet and vaccine records.

Support for Life

Message our Care360 Team at 10 weeks or 10 years. We stay in touch with our families for the life of the dog.

STATEWIDE DELIVERY

French Bulldog Puppies Delivered Anywhere in New Hampshire

Every HonestPet French Bulldog is raised in a vetted breeder's home, and no store or broker ever handles it. In a state this size nearly every family takes free ground delivery to the door, though a flight nanny can bring the puppy in the cabin into Manchester, Portsmouth, or Logan. Flat-faced breeds can't fly cargo, so cabin is the only flight we book, and from December through March the ground run uses a heated vehicle and an indoor handoff.

ABOUT THE BREED

Why French Bulldogs Fit New Hampshire, Millyard to Lake House

A French Bulldog is a muscular 20 to 28 pounds with bat ears, a wrinkled face, and a comedian's timing, and it wants a short walk, a long nap, and a lap during the Bruins game. New Hampshire's weather asks for two kinds of help. A humid week in July, worse on the Seacoast and in the Merrimack Valley, is more than a flat face can cool through, so the puppy lives in air conditioning and walks early. From December to March, a thin single coat and a low belly mean a real coat, booties against salt, and walks measured in minutes. And the mountains stay off the itinerary: a Frenchie strolls North Conway's main street, it does not climb Mount Washington.

Apartment-Friendly Size

A grown HonestPet Frenchie weighs 20 to 28 pounds, which is under the pet cap in most Millyard and Portsmouth condo buildings, fits a carrier for the Boston Express bus, and is small enough that an insulated dog coat fits well, which a New Hampshire Frenchie will wear from the first snow to the last.

Short, Smooth Coat

French Bulldogs have short, smooth coats and do shed. Regular brushing helps manage loose hair, and their skin folds need gentle cleaning and drying. They are not a hypoallergenic breed.

Playful Family Companions

Frenchies are playful and affectionate. Supervise interactions with children, teach gentle handling, and give your puppy a quiet place to rest. Keep play short and cool rather than encouraging rough play or long chases.

Patient, Positive Training

A Frenchie can be clever and independent. Use short sessions, rewards, and consistent potty routines to build good habits. Our lifetime training support helps you work through puppy manners without harsh methods.

Short Walks, Cool Play

Two short walks and some play on the rug cover a Frenchie's exercise for the day. In a New Hampshire July, walk early and after dark; in January, ten minutes in a coat and booties and back inside. The rail trails around Nashua and Derry are perfect Frenchie walks in September. On Winnipesaukee, Squam, Sunapee, or the Seacoast, a life vest goes on at the dock, because French Bulldogs sink the moment they hit the water, and New Hampshire lake water is cold even in August.

Made for Company

French Bulldogs enjoy being near their people. Build up time alone gradually, and arrange company and potty breaks when you will be away for long stretches. An air-conditioned home and a predictable routine help them stay comfortable.

GETTING YOUR PUPPY HOME

Three Ways to Get Your French Bulldog Home

Nearly all New Hampshire families take free ground delivery to the door, which for a flat-faced puppy is a short drive in a climate-controlled vehicle and the easiest trip there is. If you'd prefer to fly, a flight nanny carries your Frenchie in the cabin to one of three airports serving New Hampshire; cargo is closed to French Bulldogs by airline rule, and by ours. Whichever you choose, we confirm the date with you and keep the updates coming until the puppy is inside.

Most Popular

Ground Transport

Ground delivery is our first choice for a Frenchie, and New Hampshire is a short run from many of our breeders: cooled in summer, heated in winter, a ventilated crate, brief stops, and a handoff timed around the heat or moved into the mudroom when it's below freezing. Most puppies nap the entire drive and wake up at your front door.

Pick Up at the Breeder

Want to meet your puppy before it travels? If the breeder's location and calendar allow, HonestPet can set up an in-person visit before your Frenchie heads to New Hampshire.

Flight Nanny

A flat $799 into any airport we serve for New Hampshire. Your Frenchie rides in a ventilated soft carrier at the nanny's feet in the cabin, the only way this breed is permitted to fly, and Manchester-Boston and Logan both take nonstops from most breeder regions, which keeps a brachycephalic puppy's time in the air short. At arrivals the nanny places the puppy in your arms.

HEALTH FIRST

French Bulldog Health and Parent Screening

French Bulldogs need particular attention to breathing, heat tolerance, and spine and joint health. Parent screening and available records vary by dog; ask to review the findings for the parents of the puppy you are considering. A DNA test or veterinary exam is not a guarantee against future breathing or mobility problems, and your vet can help plan ongoing care.

Parents & puppies

Airway and Breathing

Flat-faced dogs can have narrowed nostrils and other airway problems. Ask what breathing assessments are available for the parents, and discuss your puppy's breathing with your vet. Snoring and poor exercise tolerance deserve attention rather than being dismissed as normal.

Parents & puppies

Spine and Back Health

Ask about the parents' spine-health history and any available veterinary findings. French Bulldogs can develop spinal problems; keeping them lean and using ramps instead of repeated jumps can help with daily care, but does not eliminate the risk.

Parents & puppies

Hips and Knees

Review any available hip and knee assessments for the parents with our team. Your vet can check your puppy's gait and joints and advise on suitable exercise. Do not assume every parent has had the same examinations.

Parents & puppies

Eye Health

Ask which parent eye examinations or genetic results are available. Frenchies' prominent eyes need care; contact your vet about redness, squinting, or discharge, and protect the eyes during play.

Puppies

Skin Folds and Care

Discuss skin-fold cleaning and any signs of irritation with your vet. Keep folds clean and dry, watch for itching or redness, and ask for guidance before using skin products. Short coats still need regular brushing.

Parents

Parent Health Records

Each puppy’s listing identifies the DNA testing status of both mom and dad. Ask to review available parent health and genetic records before reserving. Genetic results do not replace a clinical assessment of breathing, spine, or joint health.

Puppies

Vet Exam

Before departure for New Hampshire, a licensed vet examines every Frenchie with the breed's weak points front and center: nostril openings, breathing at rest and after play, spine alignment, hips and knees, and the skin folds. The vet issues the certificate of veterinary inspection New Hampshire requires for dogs entering the state, and the exam notes, breathing included, go into the puppy's digital records for your Manchester, Nashua, or Seacoast vet.

Puppies

Shots, Deworming, Microchip

Every age-appropriate core vaccine is on record, and the puppy has been dewormed on a routine since its first weeks. Your New Hampshire vet completes the series, including the rabies shot the state requires by 3 months and that your town clerk will want before the license at 4 months, and should start tick prevention immediately, since Lyme runs heavy from the Seacoast to the Lakes Region. Ask about a winter weight check too, because a Frenchie that spends January indoors gains quickly, and extra weight narrows a short airway. The microchip is in before the trip, and we help move it to your name.

QUESTIONS ANSWERED

French Bulldog Puppy FAQs

Every puppy comes with a vet exam, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, a microchip, digital records, lifetime training and support, and free ground delivery to your home.

Yes. Nearly all New Hampshire families use free ground delivery to the door, with the puppy in a heated or cooled vehicle depending on the month. In-cabin flight nanny delivery is also available into Manchester-Boston Regional, Portsmouth, and Boston Logan, depending on route and availability, with the puppy at the nanny's feet in the cabin. No French Bulldog we place flies as cargo.

Yes. French Bulldogs have short, smooth coats that shed, and they are not hypoallergenic. Regular brushing helps manage loose hair. If allergies are a concern, discuss the individual puppy with our team before deciding.

Our French Bulldogs typically finish between 20 and 28 pounds. Review the individual puppy’s estimated adult size and parent information with our team, and check your building's pet policy before reserving.

Your puppy comes home with a starter bag of food, a blanket that smells like their littermates, a toy, microchip details, and a digital copy of their vet and vaccine records.

Pick an available puppy then send us an inquiry. After we talk, review the current reservation amount for your puppy before placing your deposit. The deposit goes toward the total price, and the balance is due before go-home day.

Parent testing varies by breeder and by dog. Review the available DNA testing status and health records for the puppy’s mom and dad with our team, including any breathing, spine, hip, and knee assessments. Every puppy receives a veterinary exam, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and a microchip before going home. Your vet can help plan ongoing French Bulldog care; screening does not guarantee freedom from future health problems.

Each breeder may have a different preferred puppy food, so we provide the specific brand and formula your puppy is currently eating to help make the transition to your home as smooth as possible. If you decide to switch foods, we recommend transitioning gradually to help avoid digestive upset.

Our puppies go home at 8 weeks old.

THE JOURNEY HOME

How Frenchie Delivery to New Hampshire Works

Free ground delivery to the door is how nearly every New Hampshire French Bulldog arrives, and in a state this size it's usually faster than the airport run. If you'd rather fly, the flight nanny brings the puppy in the cabin to one of three airports serving New Hampshire, carrier at their feet in cabin air the entire trip.

What ground delivery looks like

  1. We set the date together.Once the vet clears your puppy to travel, we schedule a delivery day and give you an arrival window.
  2. Your puppy rides with a trained handler. They travel in their own crate in a climate-controlled vehicle, with regular stops for water, food, and potty breaks.
  3. We keep you posted. Our delivery team sends updates along the way and lets you know when your puppy is getting close.
  4. We bring your puppy to your door.Your handler carries the puppy and starter bag to the door and reviews the season's basics before leaving, humidity in July or cold and salt in January. In a Millyard or Portsmouth building they'll arrange access in advance, and below freezing the handoff never happens on the sidewalk.
  5. Help them settle in.Have a crate, a few puppy pads, water, and their food ready so your puppy can rest after the trip.

NEW HAMPSHIRE QUESTIONS

Getting a French Bulldog in New Hampshire: Your Questions Answered

Lake houses, winter, the Boston commute, town licenses, pet store rules, and how the trip works: what New Hampshire Frenchie families ask us most.

New Hampshire has no statewide ban, and the few stores that still sell French Bulldogs ship them in from large out-of-state kennels where nobody evaluated the parents' breathing. What a store can't show you is the mother, the home, or whether anyone ever checked the parents' airways. HonestPet is not a pet store. We connect New Hampshire families directly with vetted breeders who raise Frenchies at home, share the parents' screening, and deliver to your door.

A great one, with one rule that never bends. A Frenchie loves a dock, a boat, and a screened porch, and a Lakes Region summer is mild enough for a flat-faced dog to enjoy most of the day. But French Bulldogs cannot swim, their build takes them straight down, and a New Hampshire lake is cold, so the life vest goes on before the puppy steps onto the dock and stays on until it's back inside. Keep the walks short on the humid days, and keep the Frenchie off the mountain trails entirely.

Yes. Once your Frenchie turns 4 months, New Hampshire requires a license from your town clerk, and the license year runs May 1 to April 30, so renewals are due by April 30 with a monthly late fee after June 1. The clerk will ask for a current rabies certificate, which New Hampshire requires by 3 months, and a spayed or neutered Frenchie pays less.

Once you've reserved, HonestPet organizes the trip from the breeder's home to yours in New Hampshire. The puppy gets a final vet exam with breathing checked at rest and after play, then rides in a climate-controlled delivery vehicle or, if you've chosen to fly, in the cabin with a flight nanny, never as cargo. You get the schedule before departure, a winter handoff kept out of the cold, and a message at every leg.

Short, usually 1 to 2 hours into Manchester or Logan, often nonstop, which is the easy case for a brachycephalic puppy. Your Frenchie flies the whole way in a ventilated carrier at the nanny's feet; the hold is never used. For most New Hampshire addresses, though, ground delivery to the door takes no longer.

Sometimes. If the breeder is within reach and the calendar cooperates, HonestPet can set up a visit where you meet the puppy and the parents and hear the adults breathe after a romp. Breeder locations stay private and they're spread across several states, so a visit is set up for one family at a time, not posted as open hours.
