A step-by-step on how deliveries work

Schedule your Delivery

After you purchase your puppy, our delivery specialist will contact you immediately to schedule the earliest door-to-door delivery.

Puppy Pickup from Breeder

Our USDA licensed delivery courier will pick up your precious pet and transport them in their certified temperature controlled delivery vehicle. Your puppy will be safe and comfortable in their secure and reinforced carrier. You will receive text notifications from the courier updating you on arrival ETA.

Puppy Arrival

Our courier will meet you and hand off the puppy. The courier will also give you a beautiful bag of puppy essentials to help you raise your puppy. The bag includes goodies, registration documents, and health records for the puppy.
