Our 7-Day Health Protection Promise
We stand behind the health of every HonestPet puppy and go above and beyond to protect them once they're home. To give you added peace of mind, we include complimentary insurance that must be activated by you to safeguard you and your puppy from illnesses or accidents. Once your insurance is activated, if a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with any illness (viral or bacterial, minor or severe) at your first vet visit within 4 days of arrival, HonestPet will reimburse up to $2,000 in out-of-pocket expenses with your active coverage.
10-Year Health Protection Guarantee
Your peace of mind matters as much as your puppy's health. That's why every HonestPet puppy comes with a comprehensive 10-year health guarantee covering hereditary and congenital conditions. With active insurance, if your puppy is diagnosed with a covered condition at any point within those 10 years, we'll reimburse up to 100% of your puppy's adoption cost plus an additional $1,000 to cover your out-of-pocket costs, including your deductible. It's our way of committing lifelong support to you and your family ensuring peace of mind.

Insurance is provided at no cost to all residents except those in New York, where owners must secure their own policy. For New York residents, HonestPet will reimburse up to $100 toward the first month's premium to ensure your puppy is protected from day one.
