To ensure your new furry family member receives the full benefits of our Health Guarantee, we require compliance with a few simple but important steps, outlined below. Following these guidelines is essential not only for maintaining eligibility under our guarantee but also for fostering your puppy's health and happiness throughout their life with you.
1. Enroll in Pet Insurance
−Within 72 hours of your puppy's arrival, enroll in pet insurance through a recognized provider. We highly recommend securing coverage in advance of your puppy's arrival, ensuring they are protected from the moment they step into your life. To qualify for our health guarantee benefits, you must maintain active pet insurance with at least a standard plan (covering accidents and illnesses) throughout the entire guarantee period.
